Cancellation of Business Registration
For the cancellation of trade permit, the applicant must submit a letter requesting for it. This process will be proceeded within 5 working days and a written document of trade permit cancellation will be issued to the applicant.

Trade Permit
After business registration, trade permit should be taken from the council by applying trade permit application form along with the required documents. Applicant must pay the required fee with the application form.

In order to register a business in the Ministry of Economic Development, 'Business Registration Form' along with needful documents should be submitted either to the council or directly to the Ministry of Economic Development with required fee.

Name Reservation
Name reservation is the first step of business registration process. For name reservation, applicant should submit ‘name search / reservation application’ form along with the national ID Card copy. Approved names will be reserved for 14 days.
