    How booking works

    1. Choose the rooms and days here, then send your request from the citizen portal. You see the fee first.
    2. The council checks the rooms are free and approves it, and texts you a link to pay the fee.
    3. Once you've paid, your booking is confirmed and you get a confirmation.
