Residential Registration
To register as the resident, applicant should submit a copy of child's birth registry and birth certificate along with the application form within three months of child's birth. Everyone should undergo this procedure before applying for National Identity Card.

Birth Certificate and Birth Registration
The first document that required to make Birth Registry and Birth Certificate is Birth Record form "issued from the place of birth" within the 03 working days. Completed application form along with the other required documents should be submitted to the council within 07 working days of cild's birth.
